  1. Submit resume  
  The submittal of your complete resume is the first step towards activating the Brainlease recruitment process. You can upload your readily available resume in the resume submittal area, or create a new resume online by clicking the "create your resume" option.  
  2. Database tabulation  
  Once your resume is submitted it will enter our database and accordingly be listed under the proper category in terms of job specialty, category and several other parameters designed to facilitate the online matchmaking process. Choosing the accurate classification categories listed on the online forms in addition to submitting a comprehensive resume will maximize your benefits from the electronic matchmaking increasing your chances for job placement
  3. Electronic matchmaking
  You are in the database and the matchmaking process is working for you. Brainlease does not share candidate information in its database with any other entity and the matchmaking process is purely an internal one and is fully automated.  
  4. Initial contact  
  Once you have been matched to a job vacancy, a Brainlease consultant will get in touch with you to brief you on the potential job opportunity and inquire of your interest.  
  5. Brainlease interview  
  If you are still in the job market and the available vacancy is of interest to you, you will be asked to come in for an interview where further details will be obtained from you and you will be provided with a comprehensive brief on the vacancy.  
  6. Psychometric testing
 
  The process is now in an advanced stage and you will be asked to sit for some psychometric testing designed to provide some insight on your personality, talents and traits, a very helpful tool to employers when trying to reach a hiring decision. We bear the cost, you get the report.  
  7. Report to employer    
  Once our consultants are done with their screening, testing and analysis, work their findings will be submitted to your prospective employer in a comprehensive short list report. It is important to note that up till this stage the process is completely confidential and no one knows your identity. You are a Brainlease candidate and it stops at that.  
  8. Interview with employer  
  If the employer's choice falls on you, a Brainlease consultant will be in touch with you to arrange for the job interview. Our consultant will be available to work with you up to commencement with your new employer, providing you with the best possible support throughout the recruitment process.
